hey guys!
I guess... probably people out there would have sort of knew what actually happened on the other days in hong kong. Argh!! Anyway, some of my choir pals already finished their entire version of the hong kong trip. mm, Here's mine anyway...
Day 3!
Let's recall.. That particular morning, slight dizzle spells were cast on my head..probably due to the four hours of sleep? Bad start for the day.. but it's just slight ones that can be easily ignore.
Tim Sum breakfast! Much much better than ones I had everyday in singapore ya? Bread and probably some fillings in the middle. And hey, I actually get so sick and tired the moment 'bread' appears for breakfast. I love tim sum! *sings Chai Siao Bao*
Back from wonderland. My best breakfast ever.. Mmm, some interesting facts about the restaurant toilet. [We ate in the same restaurant for day 2 dinner, day 3 breakfast and day 3 dinner] The toliet seats have moveable seat covers! How it works.. put your hand near the sensor and the seat covers will move to change a new cover! Hint to guys, that's why we girls suddenly disappear to toliet. *to 'explore' the toliet there*
And hey, seems that hong kong toliets are much high tech than singapore ones? Almost every toliet has automatic taps! *End of toliet issue* First trip of the day... abeerdeen fishing village! Not quite a lot of things done there, but we sort of had a boat ride through it's fishing village. Probably the last time we see such scenario where people live in boats. Kinda fortunate, aren't we? Next, we had the same group photo"s" by all our camera"s". Imagine me posing in the same position as we waited for all cameras to have a least a shot of us. Some laughter for my day. Sarah accidentally had the filming mode activated in her digital camera! It's like.. the whole process of the tour lady's actions [picking up and putting down of cameras] was recorded. Damn funny!
Woohoo! Second trip of the day.. Ocean park! Not to miss that out, I finally got to sit in a cable car!! Believe it a not, I've never had a ride through singapore's one before. Mmm, somehow, it's a much more worth it ride.. Great view of scenaries!!!
Had a glimpse of the pandas! Really bad timing to go see pandas.. and AS you see, BOTH pandas were in their sleeping positions, BOTH stomachs facing us, blocking their heads. Fortunately.. one panda changed his sleeping posture! In fact, he sort of sat up facing us, with his black patched eyes closed. Cute and humorous scenario! Imagine the sudden change of disappointed faces to bright ones as they fight to take shots of it.
Unfortunately {again}, the panda stumbled back to its same posture! And so, the bright faces were once again.. back to their disappointed ones. Funny right? I'll try to upload the pic here some day. Really cute!
We finally arrived at the amusement park! Had my first try in the pirate ship, together with my gang. Sheesh.. to tell you the truth, I really hated pirate ships.. really hated them for those nauseous that they caused on me. Surely did I recall the ride long before that one. I vomited in the midst of it! Well, at least the first ride didn't matters. Had my second ride along with most of the choir pals occupying almost half the ship.
Before that dreadful ride, I actually took dragon, roller coaster that has those 360 degree turns. Never really experience the feeling of being upside down for two seconds, in a roller coaster. Next, the rest of my pals actually went up to abyss, sort of ride that brings you up to a very great height and then down at a great speed. My head sort of has greater dizzle spells after these rides.. so well, didn't get the feel of it.
After our lunch, shang yi, yuan wen and yvonne went for a cartoon portrait! Actually, it's sort of like a face drawn with a body drawn out by the artist himself. Their poses look really funny in their drawing! All three of them were sort of like comparing who look most alike to the picture after that.
The dolphin show after that was so so good. Much funnier and memorising as compared to singapore's one. They even had the animals acting out a show!
We took the world second longest escalators. Speak of the truth, the scene from the top really look scary to me. Thinking of falling down those steps. No way. The mine train ride was much a scarier version compared to singapore's panasonic ride. Imagine THREE big downward protrusions! [singapore's only had two small ones] The most scariest and fun ride of all! Had a water ride like singapore's wild wild wet with yang kai, sarah and yuan wen. Didn't really get much water on me..all thanks to my bag as a shield.
We actually had a glimpse sunset! Supreme! Took much photos of it again.
After dinner, my gang {von, shang yi, yuan wen, yi wei, sarah} together with yang kai set our way off to temple street, one that's very near to our hotel. Nothing much there to shop anyway.. in the end, when we stumble onto hong kong's train station, we're like.. "oo, since fate brought us here..". Ladies street was just two stops away! Anyway, its MTR instead of MRT in Hong Kong. Didn't know what the whole thing stands for.. *Mass Transit Rapid?*
Train stations there were much better off then in singapore! Or sort of similar..
Anyway.. we spent our time shopping there. Ladies street was much crowded at night.. mostly all the shops were set up. Night Market Hong Kong? Finally returned back to hotel at about 10 at night.
Night activites.. well, shan't repeat what's mention in my friends' blog. Had to turn in earlier due to my nauseous caused earlier throught those rides. Didn't played truth or dare! Or I'll get to know a lot of things..
End of day 3.. the longest entry... Happy reading!
