back from exam horrors

Though this post is pretty late, I'm still really glad that the 3 weeks of intense mugging is over. Perhaps this is the only point of time that I actually sleep early and wake early - all for the sake of mugging! So much of Healthy lifestyle - excluding the exercising bit; unless u count mugging as an exercise too? 21 weeks worth of such torturing moments in the coming 7 semesters to go. Such a long long route...

Apart from certain really stupid blunders made during exams, I shan't comment much about them anymore. It all lies in the hands of dear profs.. I'll do lots and lots of prayers though. Hope this will do some nerve calming effect til 22 December. Thankfully I have caroling to distract my mind for a while.

Right after I ended exams on 1 December, I headed back to nyp for ve annual concert rehearsal. Must be insane for one who just ended exams to do that.. when concert is in exactly 3 days' time.
Initially told mr ong that I'll only do 2nd half.. but after looking through the songs, I made a really last minute decision to do 1st half as well.. for 2 really simple reasons: 1) I don't know whether I get to wear that gown again; esp together with alum9 (so that can take pictures in them!) 2) I want to be fully involved in performing and singing my heart out, together with the people whom I've bonded and spent most of the time with through my poly stint - before many of us go on our separate ways.

For some reason, I seem to be going back to my composed self.. Perhaps I only know how to 'garang' when at work. But nevertheless, I never fail to enjoy the times with alum9. Just listening to conversations also make me feel, at ease. Really look forward to 19th Dec.

Les Voix 09's a success! Lots of photos taken. And a final alum9 midnight movie before heading home.

After this? NUS choir camp from 7 - 10th Dec. X'mas Caroling til 25th December 2009. Practices with The Singers for charity event. My holiday break is filled with singing.

And so is countdown to end of teen years...
